EVA is a physical product shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment on the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, unusually high order volume, address verification, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout for the destination address. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other external events can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

International orders

International availability is determined at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a problem or the package arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with the order number and relevant details so we can investigate.
