Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the EVA drive, protective case, accessories, and packaging must be returned in the condition received. You will need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact us at attorneymacci@proton.me and include your order number. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address, a return shipping label when applicable, and instructions for sending the product back. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Before returning EVA, copy any personal files you wish to keep and remove confidential information from the drive. Returned or replacement drives may be erased as part of inspection and processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards and products that have been materially altered, physically abused, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return. Contact us if you have questions about your specific order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete the approved return and place a separate order. For a defective EVA drive, contact us first so we can determine whether replacement or troubleshooting is appropriate.

European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may provide a 14-day right to cancel or return an order. The product must be returned in the condition received with its packaging and proof of purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact attorneymacci@proton.me.
