EVA is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on Windows 10 or Windows 11 computers. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the software contained on the EVA USB drive.
EVA is sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription fees, no renewal fees, and no expiration. Your license does not expire. Future software updates, if provided, are at the Company's discretion.
EVA is currently compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Mac and Linux versions are in development. The Company makes no warranty that EVA will function on other operating systems.

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use EVA. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of EVA after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email if we have your address.
