We stand behind EVA completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, we will refund you in full -- no questions asked.
Email support@intelligencebymacci.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number. We will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
For refunds requested within 14 days, no return is required. For refunds between 14-30 days, please return the USB drive. We will provide a prepaid return label.
If your EVA drive is defective or stops functioning, we will replace it at no charge within 1 year of purchase. Contact support@intelligencebymacci.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Drives with clear physical damage caused by misuse are not eligible for a warranty replacement (though they remain eligible for a refund within the 30-day window).
