Founder

Kyle Macci founded Intelligence by Macci after more than 20 years in law enforcement, including work in SWAT, accident reconstruction, and police-academy instruction. He later became a criminal-defense and privacy attorney. That experience shaped EVA's focus on local processing, practical ownership, and control of sensitive information.

Cloud AI may remain better for current web information, the largest available models, and highly compute-intensive work.
